What exactly is the bootcamp?

It's a private group on Facebook and we have an app you can log into to check in with your nutrition, workouts and superfoods to keep you accountable. There are other women in there with you on the same journey to a healthier, happier life.


There will be motivational, inspirational and positive encouragement posts every week that will keep you motivated and going when it gets challenging.

How Does It Work?

You can pick any workout from Beachbody On Demand - there are hundreds of workouts and 50+ programs for all levels, from brand new to advanced.


You also get nutrition guides and your choice of superfoods and/or pre-workout and post-workouts recover shakes!


WHAT'S INCLUDED?

NUTRITION

  • Each program includes a meal plan!! Great news right!? There are two types of meal plans which are super flexible for your lifestyle.
  • Additional resources are available via the Beachbody Nutrition+ App, as well as the ability to track your daily meals via program materials through BOD (above).
  • And the best part: no calorie counting, macro tracking, or weighing your food. We focus on portion control as pictured to the left and eating what you love!

WORKOUTS

  • Beachbody On Demand is our online workout streaming program- similar to Netflix!
  • You will get access to over 75+ full workout programs that range from 3 weeks to 90 days.
  • The workouts can be done from HOME OR THE GYM!
  • They range from HIIT, to cardio, weightlifting, dance, yoga, prenatal/postnatal, bikini competition prep and more!

Meet Your Coach, Kim!

My name is Kim Lima! I am a proud mother and wife, a big Sixers fan, avid reader and exerciser, and ... I LOVE my job! But it wasn't always that way. I used to struggle with feeling like I didn't have any goals or direction – well, that's not completely true. I DID have goals, but my goal was just, "I want to help people." I had no idea how to accomplish it. So, almost 10 years ago now, I made a decision that changed my life. And now I'm a business owner, and I get to help other mature women find themselves through health, fitness, and overall loving life! I'm so glad to have the opportunity to build a supportive community of women, and getting people out of their comfort zone to FEEL CONFIDENT!! ❤️
